Dr. Weiss is a board-certified Family Physician who believes that helping people look their best starts with helping them feel their best. Her approach to aesthetics is grounded in a deep respect for overall wellness and a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin.
She wears many hats – owner and medical director of Paradise Medspa, co-director of Norterra Family Medicine, and CEO of Tox & Tonic – Injector Alliance; all of which allow her to bring the latest and most effective cosmetic and skincare treatments to her patients.
With over 17 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Weiss has become a trusted expert in the use of Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, PDO threads, and laser resurfacing. She’s also been a dedicated mentor for more than a decade, guiding students one-on-one and through hands-on training with the IAPAM organization.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Weiss has a strong background in business development. She loves sharing her insights with other aesthetic professionals who are looking to grow their practice and find success in this ever-changing industry. Dr. Weiss is also the Chair of the Arizona Chapter of the American Med Spa Association.
Candice Dery RDMS

Candice is an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, specializing in Facial Ultrasound. She holds a degree in Advanced Radiological Sciences and Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Founder of Aesthetic Imaging, Candice educates providers on applied facial anatomy and improving patient outcomes in aesthetic medical treatments using ultrasound technology. Her commitment to staying up-to-date with advancements showcases her dedication to providing accurate and high-quality care. Candice’s practical experience and educational background make her a valuable asset in Facial Ultrasound and aesthetic medicine.
Erin Woodford BSN, RN
Erin is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector with 12 years in the industry. She is the founder and owner of rēVive Medical Aesthetics in Scottsdale, Arizona. Erin has been a national trainer for Allergan & Galderma since 2021, where she shares her extensive knowledge and refined techniques with other providers in countless training sessions.
She is deeply passionate about education – anatomy and ultrasound specifically, and she thrives on helping fellow injectors elevate their skills and confidence in aesthetics. Erin recently became one of the country’s very first providers to achieve POCUS Certification through the Sonography and Aesthetics Network. At the heart of Erin’s practice is a strong commitment to continuing education and patient safety.
She prides herself on staying at the forefront of the industry to ensure her patients receive the safest, most effective, and most natural-looking results.
Janet Fales, LE, CLT
Janet brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for skincare to our team as a licensed Aesthetician, Laser Technician and experienced Patient Care Coordinator.
With her extensive training and dedication, she finds immense satisfaction in assisting patients on their transformative journeys and witnessing their goals come to fruition.
Beyond work, Janet embraces new experiences, from discovering the joys of exercise to indulging in her husband’s culinary creations, all while finding solace in yoga and the pleasure of a good book.
