Our courses are designed for those either new to the field or looking to expand on their knowledge and offers a perfect blend of classroom education, live demonstrations, and hands-on experience.
Our programs also include business and marketing insights, product reviews, and an introduction to advanced treatments like
biostimulators, skin boosters, Kybella, lasers, and skincare.
Each student will walk away with not only a certification to perform injections but also a complete toolkit – including protocols, consent forms, and a reference syllabus – plus access to ongoing mentorship and guidance.

Leading Expert in Aesthetic Medicine and Injector Education
Dr. Weiss is a board-certified Family Physician who believes that helping people look their best starts with helping them feel their best. Her approach to aesthetics is grounded in a deep respect for overall wellness and a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin.
She wears many hats – owner and medical director of Paradise Medspa, co-director of Norterra Family Medicine, and CEO of Tox & Tonic – Injector Alliance; all of which allow her to bring the latest and most effective cosmetic and skincare treatments to her patients.
With over 17 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Weiss has become a trusted expert in the use of Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, PDO threads, and laser resurfacing. She’s also been a dedicated mentor for more than a decade, guiding students one-on-one and through hands-on training with the IAPAM organization.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Weiss has a strong background in business development. She loves sharing her insights with other aesthetic professionals who are looking to grow their practice and find success in this ever-changing industry. Dr. Weiss is also the Chair of the Arizona Chapter of the American Med Spa Association.
